Nationwide Sales
As a BOA Nationwide Sales Rep you will focus on the Brokering aspect of our business.
By assisting your clients in moving their products, you will be providing solutions and identify key issues to help them grow
You are in charge of attaining and managing your individual portfolio of accounts while working with our unique environment. Business is generated thru outside sales by way of cold and warm calling, referrals, prospecting and business to business selling. You will be addressing concerns and helping create solutions for both established, as well as prospective customers.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with at least 2 years’ experience in freight brokering and sales
- Book of business that is portable, and diversified
- Positive and motivated individual that wants to grow
- Minimum $1.5 million dollar annual revenue or higher
- Extreme multi-tasking ability
- Someone who is coachable
- Attention to detail and confident decision making skills
- Enthusiasm and good energy
